Purpose


To provide clerical and accounts payable support to the Accounting Analyst.

Time Commitment


6 hours per week
for 24 months


Duties


The Volunteer will:
- Accounts payable invoice/data entry.
- Accounts payable payment data entry, post to subledger and printing of cheques.
- Maintaining and updating the Purchase Orders Database.
- Other duties as assigned ( i.e file and maintain vendor files ).


Personal Qualities
and Skills


Required Qualities & Skills:
- Proficiency in general accounts payable procedures.
-Proficiency with various accounts payable databases.
- Analytical skills a must.
- Ability to understand and maintain confidentiality.
