Purpose


To provide administrative, clerical and organizational support to the Gay Men's Outreach Coordinator

More than 20 hours of training on sexual health issues affecting gay men. Personal capacity building and professional development on issues related to HIV/AIDS prevention.


Time Commitment


To be agreed upon with supervisor. A minimum commitment of one 2 hour shift per month for a year,


Duties


The Volunteer will:

- Data entry
- Inventory Control and resource management
- Restocking Bathhouse
- Prepping condom dispenser bags
- Condom dispenser run
- Organizing of storage space
- Generating program reports (BH stats, CD stats, and other month end reports)
- Inputing and maintaining condom stuffing volunteer list
- prepping for condom stuffing
- Other duties as assigned

and Skills


Required Qualities & Skills:
- excellent communication, written and organizational skills.
- comfortable with sexuality, sex and public sex environments.
- Professional, responsible and reliable.
- understanding o,f and comfort with, a diversity of sexual identities and behaviours.
- works well in structured environments.
- able to perform task with minimum of supervision
